Self Love

Many clients join Final Call to change their body composition. There is no shame in wanting to change body composition; however, we want you to do it from a place of love and compassion. In a society driven by body image, it’s understandable that many people we work with are riddled with negative self-talk and lack of confidence in their bodies.

Not only is our goal as coaches to transform lives physically, but we also want to transform lives mentally and emotionally. This comes from supporting our clients in building self-love and body confidence. The journey is equal parts of hard physical work with changing habits and training and hard work in their hearts and minds.

What is Self-Love?

Self-love means that you treat yourself with respect, trust yourself, are kind to yourself, and are affectionate towards yourself. Given how hard most people are on themselves, this is not an easy process. Many people will talk to their self in ways they would never talk to a loved one.

I failed this weekend,

My stomach is disgusting and I want to change it,

I’m so fat

…. are just a few examples of messages many people may say to their self. Most people are quick to speak negatively, and be hard on their self, and this can take a severe toll on their self-love.

For many, self-love can seem like a luxury, whereas we want you to see it is a necessity and want to teach you to do the same.
